Madeleine McCann…
Last Tuesday, I decided to flip over the day’s newspapers. As usual, politics was inside. Then I saw this picture of a blonde-haired, pixie-faced little girl. Intrigued, I read the article eagerly.
The article was about this girl named Madeleine McCann. She reportedly went missing during a family holiday at Portugal. The weird thing is she was abducted from their family’s hotel room. Luckily, the whole UK has been cooperative in searching for Maddie (a sweet nickname given to her). J.K. Rowling none the less has been offering millions as reward to those people who can give them information about Maddie or better yet, Maddie herself..Aside from her, other celebrities have been doing the same thing, Ordinary citizens tried to do more. Some stick posters of the girl all over the place. Some even went as far as hanging tarpaulines of the girl on their motorcycle then going around,doing everything they can to spread awareness about what happened to Maddie..
It’s a refreshing to know that people still care about an individual..I can only wish them luck with finding Maddie.=)
nabasa ko yung tubgkol sa kanya… wawa naman… nagkaroon pa nga ng fund raising kasi yung family di kaya yung legal expenses…
